Defense Health Information Management System (DHIMS), the DoD group that handled the Electronic Health Record for the U.S. Military, requested a comic-style magazine to use as a training supplement for their staff. The result was the three-issue EHR Insights series.
10,000 copies of each issue were distributed throughout the organization and the response was overwhelmingly positive. Unfortunately, training funding was reduced and the project ended.
